I don't know if this is related to the problem, but I see that Jammy's os-prober doesn't see Ubuntu installs after version 24.04. Below is the call to os-prober on Jammy and Plucky on the same PC. The partitions with Ubuntu 24.10 and 25.04 and the one with Debian trixie/sid are ignored by os-prob
