Hi,
The fix was released along with kernel version 6.15, and for me, it's working
great.
Would it be possible to backport it to the Ubuntu 24.04 (latest LTS) HWE
kernel (6.11.0-26 as of today)?

The same bug affected my laptop. I have a lenovo p16 gen1 with AMD processor.
The problem disappears after plugging in the adapter (twice: plug in -> plug

Hello -- Would like confirm I'm also affected by this issue. I have a
AMD Ryzen 7 7840U. I did not experience the problem until after I
upgraded from Ubuntu 22 to 24.

Well, I have the exact same issue but for me the issue is completely
uncorrelated with being plugged in or out. That means, I have faced the issue
in all the following scenarios:
(1) plugged in the all the time
(2) plugged out all the time
(3) plugged in - suspend - plugged out - wake up
(4) plu

Check if there is any firmware for your devices
