I cannot turn on or off the bluetooth radio on my Inspiron 510m
independently from the wireless LAN radio. In Windows I can do this. If
it is on, it will turn on and off along with the WLAN radio, when I
press Fn+F2 in Ubuntu. If it is off, I cannot turn it on in any way in
Ubuntu. The BIOS only has a setting for

I am running Hardy, but the same applies for Gutsy. lsmod tells me that
dcdbas is loaded.
