Public bug reported: I just encountered a program crash with trackerd. The submit report option died leaving me with a crash file in /var/crash that had not been submitted to launchpad. I opened up a nautilus window into /var/crash and did a right click on the crash file name and selected open with "Report a problem". I then received an open dialog window that gave the following message: The problem cannot be reported:
You have some obsolete package versions installed. Please upgrade the following packages and check if the problem still occurs: debianutils I have tried reinstalling the debianutils package. I have tried running dpkg -C to identify broken packages and I have found no indication other then the "report a problem" option that identifies this as an issue. Please help!
