Public bug reported: python3.12 autosynced from Debian to questing. plucky only supports python3.13 so it would be a step backwards for questing to have python3.12.
python3.12 should not be in Debian either at this point but doko somehow finds it helpful in preparing stable release updates. At least for Ubuntu, this should be able to be done in a PPA instead, right? Please remove python3.12 from questing and add it to the sync blocklist. ** Affects: python3.12 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: python3.12 (Debian) Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Tags: block-proposed questing ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #1099668 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1099668 ** Also affects: python3.12 (Debian) via https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1099668 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Description changed: python3.12 autosynced from Debian to questing. plucky only supports python3.13 so it would be a step backwards for questing to have python3.12. python3.12 should not be in Debian either at this point but doko somehow - finds it helpful in preparing stable release updates. + finds it helpful in preparing stable release updates.
