postfix seems also affected, even though I'm not sure we're tracking all
the packages that hit the situation. Reporting that anyway, feel free to

That only seems to be cp. Equally important (or even more so, I already
had diverted those because they broke builders) to cp -Z are mkdir -Z
and mv -Z.
I haven't seen any bugs from mknod yet but that too has a -Z flag, and
probably a bunch other utilities.

More work is needed for --preserve but -Z/--context should work in main.
