Public bug reported: Distribution: Kubuntu 25.04 Package: 0.6-42-ga14256a-0.3build1
Description: In mode "only show processes actually doing IO", iotop nearly only shows processes, but no attached IO. This could be related to a kernel change in struct taskstats ( https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220102 ) On Kubuntu 24.10, everything seems to work. Interestingly, on openSUSE TW (which has recent kernel as well) iotop behaves the same as in Kubuntu 25.04 ** Affects: iotop (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "sudo iotop -o" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2111673/+attachment/5880287/+files/iotop.png ** Description changed: Distribution: Kubuntu 25.04 - Package: 0.6-42-ga14256a-0.3build1 + Package: 0.6-42-ga14256a-0.3build1 Description: In mode "only show processes actually doing IO", iotop nearly only shows processes, but no attached IO.
