When you click and/or drag the scrollbar in Firefox 3, the arrow buttons
and scrollbar inset disappear. They also disappear if you use the scroll
button on your mouse to scroll. In the case of the mouse's scroll
button, the missing widgets will not reappear until you mouse over them.
