Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I reinstalled Ubuntu after 6 months of usage, and I was trying to connect to my 
home network
so i clicked "Join other wireless networks" and the whole icon disappeared from 
the Panel...
So I restarted.. it was there.. but again same thing happen. Not sure what is 
that.
