Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 on an IBM T61 with nvidia graphic card.
I installed proprietary Nvidia drivers (allowed me to configure Twinview
correctly) using Envy. I had the problem before that (using nv-glx-new). I have
the problem when using my two external monitors, as well as when using my
laptop panel only.

When scrolling using the scrollbar on the right side of a Firefox window or
Evolution, or when using the arrow keys, or when using the mouse wheel, the
window doesn't refresh properly, and the same line seems to repeat multiple
times. It's scrolling but the display is messy.
When I use page down/page up keys, or when I click above or below the elevator
in the scrollbar, the window is refreshed properly.

I have that problem mostly in every windows allowing scrolling. I'll
scroll in this page a little and will attach the screenshot.

When clicking on a different window, the window with problems seems to
be refreshed and display correctly.

Feel free to ask anything, I'll do my best to forward any information.
Thanks
