I have found the resolution for this bug (for my configuration: Fujitsu-
Siemens Amilo Pro v3205).
1) Update your bios firmware to last release avaiable.
2) In bios setup - advanced tab - disable the usb bios legacy support
(sometimes the flashing procedure sets this option as enabled)
