Yes, i have the same problem too.
The color of the windows shadows changes after any reboot or any time that i
restart gdm; i used compiz fusion, with nvidia driver grafics.
Some times the color is light yell

I confirm the same effect on my Hardy with NVIDIA.
Starting yesterday, the window drop shadow change color unexpectedly.
It is nor "pink" like the attached image.

Yes i have compiz activated out-of-the-box. No manual configuration.
