Public bug reported:
After switching the system language from English to Polish and using the
nifty automatic tools to rename the standad dirs like "Desktop",
"Pictures" etc. to Polish names, Transmission still uses old dir
(English name) to save torrents.
Not much of a problem but still worth fixing...
