/etc/alternatives/xulrunner-addons-flashplugin had not been set to the swfdec
mozilla plugin after deinstall of flashplayer-nonfree and install of swfdec
(after deinstall of flashplayer). update-alternatives fixed this.

Could you please attach the output of the following commands please :
dpkg -l | grep swfdec
ls -l /etc/alternatives/*flash*
For the second command, if some entries are red, then it means the
symlinks are broken.
And tell us with which browser it doesn't work (FF2, FF3, other)
