Agreed Phil, in this case Add/Remove doesn't (I may stand to be
corrected but I couldn't see it) offer a meta package for KDE
installation.

There's the issue of referring to the use of Synaptic to install the
meta packages. We should link to "Add Applications" where generic
instructions can be found, rather than relying on one specific
installation method.

Not against a definition of desktop environment but this definition is
innaccurate and we should avoid the use of the word server. A "desktop
environment provides a standardised set of widgets and a window manager"
would be simpler. Generic definitions of DE tend to err on the side of
covering ever
