Public bug reported:

clicking the left button on a title bar to move a window, or on the edge of a 
window would usually result in nothing.
Rarely it would work.
Today I set in xorg.conf  GuestMouseOff on just because I don't have a 
trackstick.  To my surprise, it's a workaround
for my problem!!!! (At least so far.)  This problem has persisted since I 
upgraded to Gutsy, and nothing else I've
tried has helped.  I'm using the Synaptic driver.

Using Ubuntu 7.10
