Not sure what version is still in Hardy but latest package should fix
it. As for backporting this not sure if it is going to be, at least
until Karmic+1 if you want it backported once i get done with it please
file a back port bug on it. closing this bug since its old and you would
need to file a b
I'm using svn revision 682 and the Length Required -problem seems to be
gone. Maybe the Ubuntu package should be updated to a newer version?

Still doesn't work. Looks like Firebug is caching response and after
first post request in console (which is correct), Firebug displays that
cached response for all other requests of the same type .

Firebug 1.2~b21+svn573-0ubuntu1 does work, but the console just doesn't
work. If you type things, nothing comes up.
