I have 3 rows 4 columns and it does the same thing. I poked around in gconf-editor and found a place to change the number of Workspaces. It said that the option was depreciated. Just checked my shortcuts and switching to 4 workspaces worked. Both with and without visual effects turned on. My configuration of workspaces is: - show all workspaces is 2 rows - number of workspaces 4 Do you use an alternative configuration? Does is work for you with a new empty test user? --
