effects enabled, I have two workspaces and the "Keyboard Shortcuts"
dialog offers options for "Switch to workspace 1" and "Switch to
workspace 2". After increasing the number of workspaces to 4 in one row,
the dialog still does not o

I have 3 rows 4 columns and it does the same thing. I poked around in
gconf-editor and found a place to change the number of Workspaces. It
said that the option was depreciated. I changed it to 12 and went back
to the Keyboard shortcuts. No luck. After logging out and back in, still
no luck, but th
Just checked my shortcuts and switching to 4 workspaces worked. Both with and
without visual effects turned on.
My configuration of workspaces is:
- show all workspaces is 2 rows
- number of workspaces 4
Do you use an alternative configuration?
Does is work for you with a new empty test user?
