Binary package hint: nis

During an upgrade from Gutsy to Hardy, an error appeared in the Python script 
upgrading NIS.  I don't use
NIS regularly, so I don't think it is a problem, but it may be for other users. 
 I am hoping a log is somehow
attached to this as I can't appear to cut and paste the error, but it appeared 
to be an IOError in python.
I wish I could be more helpful here, but as I said, I'm hoping the logs will 
help.
