Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-vesa

Using VESA driver on VIA Chrome9 IC IGP, 1024x768 is not listed as a
supported resolution though it should be. My LCD monitor native
resolution is 1280x800 and that's not listed but that's understandable
due to bug #136699 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-
xorg-video-vesa/+bug/136699).

xrandr reports 1024x768 is unsupported, which is incorrect.

In addition displayconfig-gtk crashed / cannot run.
