Public bug reported:
My Dvd-rw keeps randomly breaking. I have two drives that I have tried
in the system with the same result on both drives. I have tried
disconnecting the slave drive believing this may of been the issue with
no effect.
This doesn't happen straight away it takes between 10-15 minutes before
the issue starts, once it starts though the cd/dvd-rw become unusable.
Below I attach the syslog which shows the issue
