This bug is well-closed, representing the first bootstrapping of fpc.
The bootstrap failure for ppc is better tracked as bug #67544. armel
may as well reside also in that bug.

Reopened this bug: FPC needs to be bootstrapped on Armel and PowerPC.
There should be no problems left, cause everything works perfectly well
on Debian. (Except that weird Sparc issue)

The PowerPC issue [1] seems to be fixed a long time ago in Debian. Could
one of the buildd-admins please bootstrap fpc on ppc?

Why would I need to give-back a package that was already built and
uploaded? Also, the dep-wait on fp-compiler that other packages may
have had would have auto-cleared after fp-compiler was actually in the
archive (so, after I processed fpc out of queue/new)

Adam, don't we now need a give-back for fpc ? if so, and it'll get done,
could you please also give-back libhdate afterwards? (blocked due to the
dependency)

This has been done for i386, amd64, and sparc. I'd love it if someone
could poke into why powerpc explodes (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=362410) and then tap me on the shoulder to do PPC
as well, when they're sure it'll actually work.
Sorry for the delay, guys. :/

Adam, the builds for Edgy are blocked by this problem. Could you please

Can't currently bootstrap on powerpc due to this:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=362410
The other arches should be in the archive soon, though.

I can (and will) help with this when I get back from my vacation
(Monday, July 10th). If you can poke me on IRC (my memory for bugs is
pretty abysmal) when I get back, that would be much appreciated.
