Thank you for filing this bug. The firefox doesn't crash when opening
the specified svg file. As the same was confirmed previously, closing
this bug until some one can confirm the same and reopen the bug.

It does not crash for me. Since the wallpaper is pretty big, it takes some
times, and CPU, before been totally loaded, but I have no crash.
Using the same version of Firefox as you.
Do you have a crash each time you open the file?
Try with Firefox in safe mode (firefox -safe-mode).
