Thank you for using Ubuntu and taking the time to report a bug. This is
not a bug in ufw as it provides a standard initscript that is started
from rcS.d (it needs to start before networking). This might be
considered a bug in gnome-system-tools or bum for not handling
initscripts in /etc/rcS.d,
It's also missing from BUM. Could this be the expected behaviour?
