This isn't a big deal since input hotplug handles it nicely in intrepid.
I'll add a linux task though since evdev is what keeps claiming these
are "new" devices.

I tried Ubuntu 7.04 with a Bluetooth mouse (Logitech MX900) - the only
way to make it work was to hotplug it. The same thing still happens in
7.10
Ubuntu is the only distro this happens in
