Impact: sound is not available in some SDL apps such as frozen-bubble
unless you manually install some packages.
Proposed fix: this was fixed by linking to libvorbisfile instead of
loading it dynamically; for hardy I propose to manually list the
libvorbisfile dependency in the libsdl-mixer1.2 pack
It might be safer to simply add a libvorbisfile3 manual depends to
libsdl-mixer1.2 for hardy; switching to non-dynamic loading might
introduce bugs in libsdl-mixer1.2 apps.
