Nick: You don't see the grainy orange square with a grainy white X in
the middle when you open the File menu and look at "Close"? I
definitely see it using Glossy.
I don't think this is theme related. It's Mozilla's close icon, not a
theme's close icon. And this is still reproducible in Intrepi

drop-down menus: "Organize" in "Library", for example.
