I configured openal to use sdl as device:
/etc/openalrc:
(define devices '(sdl))
Then I tried to play chromium and openarena, and both throws the error:
Could not open SDL library: libSDL.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
>From what I see, openal is looking for /usr/lib/libSDL.so instead of
/usr/lib/libSDL-1.2.so.0.
Please fix openal so it looks for /usr/lib/libSDL-1.2.so.0.
System: Kubuntu Hardy amd64, libopenal0a version 1:0.0.8-7
