I've marked it as duplicate, because the error in log file is the same.
In both reports virtualbox-ose pre-instalation script fails. Here is
the error message:

I'm not sure that this is the same one. I mentioned that virtualbox
also failed to upgrade, but this seemed to be saying that the update
manager itself failed to upgrade. Is that incorrect? Please confirm
