My concerns:
* -dev package does not ship any header files and thus seems broken?
* deals with very special hardware, which makes supporting it pretty hard
However, on the plus side this was just a split-out of previous kdeedu
versions, so I can live with promoting it.

build (failed to upload previously). Will review after it built.
