There was another update today which has same number as yesterday
1:2.4.1~rc2-1ubuntu1.
Same problem.
Not fixed in any of the packages.
Have kdebug output from draw and impress. Not available from writer and
calc. Says:

Yes Chris, The bug was introduced with the new download I got yesterday
which is the version you mentioned.
I tested it again and is happened with all the modules of open office
when I close them.
Please also see crash handler below which I ran.

Do you still have this problem with openoffice.org 1:2.4.1~rc2-1ubuntu1?
I can not reproduce this problem with that version on AMD64.
