Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I'm using an openwrt driven wrt54g with a broadcom wireless device
it sends beacons containing the essid of two different networks with each using
WPA-Pesonal PSK/TKIP
both networks are equal in strenght.
the essids are: chaos and deinemudda

when having a look in the nm-applet only the chaos network can be seen and
selected although the deinemudda network is older
when manually selecting the deinemudda network through "Mit einem anderen
Funknetzwerk verbinden..."(german: connect to an other wireless nework...) it
works.

when disabling polling the essid for the chaos network neither
connecting to the deinemudda nor to choas works anymore

all the time i can see all networks when doing iwlist scanning

I'm using hardy with an 64bit kernel and smp
my wireless device is driven by b43

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
