I'm capable to run Challenge One in practice mode without any
problems...
Also I have noticed that if I want to play Challenge One in campaign
mode, the little preview image is a yellow question mark... Instead of
the preview image in practice mode...

That explains a lot... there's wrong path given in
/usr/share/games/etracer/courses/events/d-niehoff_experience/event.tcl
for the whole The Final Challenge cup. Since the course indexing
system is rewritten, it's fixed in SVN as of rev 82.

Okay... after several trials I have managed to end the course with 02:57:77 and
exactly 60 herrings. Well, it is possible to collect more than 60 but anyway,
the whole course is really hard.
I asked my two friends to try it, but they haven't even managed to exceed 10
herrings.
