I've the same problem, I'm not using any ATI Graphics card, Some times
when I close firefox it leads to a gnome crash and gnome automatically
logsout.It's really annoying

These crashes look more like ATI card drivers than Xorg in general but i
will let the X guys decide.

Hi,
I have quite the same issue. It is really annoying to see the whole gnome
crashes.
This issue just comes up with Hardy; It didn't exist before.

Hy there, anyone tried to replicate the crash, or is there any fix for
this?
I've think that flash player 9 is crashing the X.org. I recently
installed flash player 10 beta and it does not crash any more.

Yes, they are the right logs... just before it's crashed...
If you want more logs... I'll give it to you.
I've make some tests.
I think it had some connection with flash player because the bug happens if I
have several tabs with flash in it by example youtube, and then minimize
several times

any crash on it, btw i've seen your video and that looks to me like a
xorg crash, re assign it for now, thanks.

Thanks for your report, this is not a meta-gnome2, but anyways, does the
whole session crashes? may you submit your /var/log/Xorg.0.log ;
/var/log/gdm/:0.log ; and your ~/.xsession-errors just after the crash
happens? probably an xorg issue, thanks!
