10-3-2008 I get the same bug. After closing with several tabs open it refuses to relaunch and gives me the same warning message. Doing a "pkill firefox" in the terminal fixes it and I can then relaunch firefox. Ubuntu 8.04 32-bit & up-to-date. Firefox 3.0.3 xulrunner 1.9.0.3 Firefox Extensions:
