Thanks for bringing up this bug. I had a page displaying a very long
list of search results on one of my web pages. In Firefox 3.0.6 border
colour only appeared when you scrolled well down the page then
disappeared again as you scrolled further.

Yeah, I'm still getting this. I'm still on Hardy, but my UA string is
now: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5)
Gecko/2008121622 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.5. I've just tried in
safe mode - no difference.
