Binary package hint: specto

Unfortunately I can't say for sure what version this started at. But
recently, the list of URLs that I was having specto monitor was lost.

I looked at ~/.specto/watches.list. Again, unfortunately I don't know
what the correct format is. But I assume it's got to have the URLs there
somewhere, and other settings like the refresh interval and error
tolerance. Somehow all that was lost. This is what the file looks like
now:

[Website name]
updated = False
filesize = 32975

[Anoter website name]
filesize = 29861

[Another]
filesize = 47884

... and so on.
