The new functionality of this library is to define the type StreamType in
mediadec_ffmepg.h:
enum StreamType {
stUNKNOWN = 0,
stVIDEO,
stAUDIO,
stSUBTITLE
};
and declare new method wxFfmpegMediaDecoder:GetStreamType to get that
StreamType.
Not a big change.

About testing: I've being using DVDStyler 1.7 since july 2008, without any
problems due to wxsvg.
And all the users of DVDStyler 1.7 are using also wxsvg b11.

The important bug fixed is the one fixed in b10: the frame displayed from the
video file was not always correct, and this mess up the output of that library.
As you say, this library doesn't have any rdepends for the moment in Ubuntu,
but this is the first step to integrate DVDStyler,
