Looks like dpkg errors on libtiff4-dev on the upgrade:

ok... this is the log of update-manager -d and /var/log/dist-upgrade

Hello Neo, please attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ to this
bugreport. Especially /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log is important for us
to figure out what exactly went wrong during the upgrade.
