Public bug reported:
On Kubuntu 8.10 Alpha 1 the b43-fwcutter fails to extract firmware for
the current kernel though the wl_apsta.o file for the appropriate kernel
is available. Wireless for Broadcom users is currently not available.
Only option for alpha testing is to use a virtual machine in their
choice of VM managers (i.e. VMware, Virtualbox, or others) from Windows
or from Kubuntu 8.04.
