File setup.py in cx_Freeze-4.0b1.tar.gz fails to build (not finding
various header files) unless the if sys.version_info[:2] (2, 5) test
in it is faked to evaluate to true. I haven't tested if the resulting
binary works.

Version 3.0.3 is cannot be distributed as it doesn't include the license
text. There is a 4.0 Beta 1 tarball on SourceForge
(http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=84937) which
seems to be in better state.
