using ~/ means you dont need to use /home/name/ it does that
automaticly so yes that is the plugin.dat i wanted. I will look at it
maybe over the weekend. Im making today a short day since i havent
slept in over 24 hours just here to clean up what i was working on and
to check email.

don't know where to find this file. Please tell me how to find it and I
will get it attached here.
I found
I need a list of what you have in /usr/lib/mozilla and
usr/lib/mozilla/plugins before i can tell you exatcy what to remove
you may have libflashsupport or gnash in there that may be keeping it
there.
Maybe check in ~/.mozilla/*.default/pluginreg.dat can you please
attach that file to this bug repor
Thank you John but the flashplugin-nonfree has been previously removed using
Synaptic Package Manager.
I found the /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/flashplugin-alternative.so and removed it.
Then I restarted the Firefox but I still see both of them (Shockwaves as seen
on my attached file I added on my f

Hello sharshabl,
as far as I know plugins can only be disabled not uninstalled. It's a
bit different to extensions. (as plugins are installed as root?!)
