The blacklist is only for compositing. (I believe we are using compiz's
blacklist.) In any case, a backtrace from when /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old
would be needed. (Crash X, then reboot and attach the file) Also, are
effects on when the hang occurs?

Using kdebase-workspace as package for now.
I think we are facing 2 issues here:
1) X shouldn't freeze when trying to initialize and 3Dish
2) KWin should blacklist that card/driver (I think there is some
black/whitelist implemented somewhere)
