I'm running the intrepid beta with kernel 2.6.27-4-generic and i still experience this. I have to rmmod/modprobe the appletouch module to fix it, loosing the custom features i've set in xorg.conf (two finger v+h scrolling/acceleration/etc). This is very annoying. -- appletouch jerkiness after sus
