Since at beta time a lot of hardy users will upgrade for testing, this
should get fixed by beta. It doesn't sound too hard to fix either.
Sebastien, can you please have a look at this, or if it's too difficult,
explain what needs to happen here?

I just noticed this revert unexpectedly from gconf to flat file since
alpha 3.
I believe someone explained to me that if there was a problem with gconf
at any point, it would revert to flat file and stay there.
