When using the 'rescue a broken system' option and you are dropped into
- a shell, it seems to use bterm.
+ a shell, it sets TERM to bterm, but bterm isn't installed.
- Vi and Nano both have display issues with a TERM of bterm. The screens
- are often not redrawn
