I can confirm that on one of my machines running ubuntu this bug is also
present. If I change per-user parameters of layout switching using
keyboard configuration tool (say, to change layout by pressing Win
keys), it works only until reboot. After reboot, all settings are
dropped to their default v

Не работает переключение раскладки при нажатии Ctrl+Shift (клавиши
заведомо настроил и какое-то время они даже работали) но по истечении
длительного времени раскладка перестаёт функционировать.. Если бы
работала раскладка, первого сообщения вообще бы не было.. При входе в
систему под root всё работ

In user enviroment (user session) i'm can't charge layout to Russian (before
update layout switching manual/automatic (by GxNeur) work correct) by pressing
Ctrl+Shift or by mouse using XNeur (gxneur) switch (gxneur auto switching mode
