i had found a simple work around:
place the following script in /etc/network/if-up.d/zzz_resolvconffix

[ x$ADDRFAM == xinet6 ] exit 0
rm /etc/resolv.conf
ln -s /etc/resolvconf/run/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf
for NS in
fix committed to ~network-manager/network-manager/ubuntu.0.7 ... this
will go up on next upload.
