#1 has been fixed in r179 by defaulting to Ubuntu
I cannot reproduce #3, either as an Awn applet or separately. It was probably
fixed sometime, but if it happens for anyone, just leave a comment, as I am
marking this as 'Fix Committed.'

About these issues:
1) I think the command to run is not the Ubuntu one by default. Maybe I can set
some options in autogen/configure that would set the default commands and would
probably default to Ubuntu.
2) I know that this one has been fixed. It was simply in reverse order :)

As for 3), I was running affinity only as an AWN applet. So 3) could
have happened because of some issues regarding the symbiosis

No. The original developer, njpatel, is also working on a) his paid
work and b) the Awn rewrite, so Affinity isn't being maintained at the
moment.
