Not if you intend to watch or listen to streaming media. Then I think
your media player would definitely be the best place to save it.
Maybe Totem could have a bookmarking system? So that it doesn't
*automatically* remember every address you've given it, but you can
still reach it easily?

Would it be easier to workaround it using bookmarks in your web-browser?
I don't like space on the machine being used up remembering stuff i
didn't ask it too but then i often use other peoples machines or works
or coffee shops machines.
